ANNA CASADELLÀ

My professional career has always revolved around the world of advisory in finance, from various aspects and in international environments.

I graduated from ESADE and served as an investment banking analyst at Merrill Lynch London, where I had the opportunity to participate in several prominent operations. Later, I opted for the venture capital sector for the entrepreneur, as an investment manager and later as a senior manager in the Investor Relations department of a leading bank such as CAIXABANK.

All these experiences have allowed me to ensure a solid base of financial analysis and investment advice, which combined with my experience in the non-profit sector, leading the strategic projects of the Barcelona Global lobby, has allowed me to expand my network of contacts and my city ​​knowledge among the most relevant stakeholders.

I have always liked finding interesting assets and advising on real estate transactions, both from the point of view of the investor and the seller, applying creativity, financial rigor and using my network of international and local contacts. I love finding opportunities and generating value.

My entry into the real estate world began with my arrival in Miami, a city in full growth that offered many opportunities. In 2006, as Marketing Director of Prodigy International Group, I led the promotion of several projects in Miami, New York and Latin America with a portfolio valued at $ 8 Billion. My jump to Fortune Development Sales was coupled with a desire to be part of the sales team.

As a leading company in the industry, Fortune has the most exclusive and luxurious projects in South Florida. In 2012 I was part of One Ocean, where we beat all the sales speed records. In 2013 I joined the Paraíso team, a $ 1.5 Billion in sales project, where I was number one in sales for 6 consecutive years. In 2019, as Vice President of the company, I lead a range of projects and teams ranging from the urban area of ​​Brickell to the exclusive beaches of Sunny Isles.

Working hand-in-hand with world-class developers, architects, interior designers, and sales executives, we create a lifestyle vision for pre-construction projects and develop innovative strategies to bring higher revenues and profits to the company.
